What Drefum is

Drefum makes written materials — AI prompts, templates, and checklists — for people running independent restaurants and other small businesses. Drefum is not software, not a service, and not a consultancy. Nothing here is performed on your behalf.

What you can do with the free materials

Use every prompt and template in your own business, as often as you like, and adapt them to fit how you actually work. Give them to the people on your team who need them.

Please do not resell them, repackage them, or distribute them as your own work.

AI drafts need a human

Let AI make the first draft. You make the call.

AI tools can state things confidently that are incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong — including details about events that never happened. Every draft produced with these materials must be read and corrected by a person before it is published under your business’s name. Drefum is not responsible for anything you publish.

Not professional advice

These materials are general guidance for communicating with customers. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and they do not create any professional relationship between you and Drefum.

If a situation could become a legal matter — food safety, injury, discrimination, defamation — talk to a lawyer before you respond in public.

No affiliation

Drefum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any review platform, AI provider, or other company that may be named in these materials. Those companies’ rules change on their own schedule; check the current rules of whatever platform you are working on.

Results

Every business, customer, and situation is different. Nothing on this site or in these materials is a promise of any particular outcome, rating, or result.

Payments and refunds

Everything offered here today is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies. If Drefum offers paid downloads in the future, they will be sold through a separate merchant of record, and the refund terms that apply will be published before anything goes on sale.

The materials, the writing on this site, and the DREFUM name and mark belong to Drefum. DREFUM™ is a trademark of Drefum.

Availability

This site is provided as it is. Drefum does not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or unchanged. Materials may be revised or withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Drefum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or these materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top will change with them.
